I used an acapella from Blue Six (Very Good Friend) and added a drum loop from Barry White

Made from a Lisa Stansfield acapella (‘People Hold On’), but tuned down with a firm delay to get a more bizarre voice. Added some samples from Maxwell and Me’Shell.

Made this on a quiet evening, using samples from the ‘Sampled‘ series. The base beat is from Groove Armada. Had to straighten a 5/4 break to fit my 4/4 format.

Made with some Salsoul samples, mainly ‘Dreaming’ by Loleatta Holloway.
